This is an on-site leadership role responsible for supervising clinical staff, ensuring regulatory compliance, and driving quality patient care.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee daily clinical operations of the Silver Spring office

• Supervise and support RNs, LPNs, and therapy staff

• Ensure compliance with Medicare, state, and agency regulations

• Review and approve OASIS documentation

• Monitor quality assurance and performance improvement initiatives

• Collaborate with intake, marketing, and administrative teams

• Participate in case conferences and care coordination

• Maintain readiness for surveys and audits

Qualifications

• Active Maryland Registered Nurse (RN) license

• Minimum 3–5 years home health experience

• Prior supervisory or management experience preferred

• Strong knowledge of Medicare Conditions of Participation

• OASIS expertise required

• EMR experience (WellSky/Kinnser or Homecare Homebase preferred)

• Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills
