As a Home Health Physical Therapist Assistant, you'll work alongside a supervising Physical Therapist to help patients regain strength, improve mobility, reduce pain, and achieve the goals that matter most to them.

Your encouragement, clinical skills, and compassion will help turn everyday milestones into life-changing victories.

What You'll Do

• Provide skilled physical therapy treatments under the direction of a Physical Therapist
• Implement individualized treatment plans
• Monitor patient progress and communicate findings to the supervising Physical Therapist
• Educate patients and caregivers on therapeutic exercises, mobility techniques, and fall prevention
• Assist patients in improving strength, balance, endurance, and functional mobility
• Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary team members
• Complete timely and accurate clinical documentation

Qualifications

• Active Virginia Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) License Required
• Valid Driver's License and Reliable Transportation
• Strong Communication and Documentation Skills
• Home Health Experience Preferred but Not Required
• Passion for Delivering Exceptional Patient-Centered Care
