Human Touch Home Health is hiring a licensed Occupational Therapist (OT) to provide home health services throughout the Fredericksburg region, including Fredericksburg, Stafford County, Spotsylvania County, Caroline County, King George County, Massaponax, and surrounding communities.

What You’ll Do

• Complete occupational therapy evaluations, reassessments, and discharge planning
• Develop individualized treatment plans to improve activities of daily living and functional independence
• Provide skilled therapy services in patients’ homes
• Educate patients and caregivers on adaptive techniques and safety strategies
• Coordinate care with physicians and the interdisciplinary team

Requirements

• Active Virginia Occupational Therapist license
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
• Strong documentation and communication skills
