Position Summary

As Clinical Manager, you will provide strategic leadership and operational oversight of clinical services throughout Maryland (with remote/hybrid flexibility). You’ll partner with nursing, therapy, intake/logistics, scheduling, and quality teams to ensure compliance, top-tier patient outcomes, and a culture of excellence.


Key Responsibilities

– Lead and supervise clinical staff (RNs, therapists, and support staff) ensuring high-quality care delivery and staff development.
– Ensure compliance with federal (CMS/Medicare/Medicaid) and Maryland state home health regulations.
– Oversee quality assurance and performance improvement initiatives.
– Collaborate with intake, scheduling, and operations to ensure timely care and patient satisfaction.
– Develop and implement workflows, clinical protocols, budgets, and staffing plans.
– Act as a clinical advisor and mentor, supporting field clinicians and resolving complex patient issues.
– If remote/hybrid: manage virtual teams effectively and maintain consistent communication with field staff.


Qualifications

– Active RN license in Maryland (or ability to obtain).
– Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing (required); Master’s preferred.
– Minimum 2 years of home health experience and 2 years in a supervisory role preferred.
– Strong knowledge of Medicare/Medicaid and Maryland home health regulations.
– Excellent leadership and organizational skills.
– Proficiency with EHR/EMR systems and Microsoft Office.
– If remote: reliable home office setup and ability to travel for occasional field visits.
