Responsibilities

• Assist the Occupational Therapist with patient assessments and treatment plans

• Provide hands-on therapy to improve motor skills, endurance, and daily functioning

• Educate patients and caregivers on exercises, safety, and adaptive equipment

• Document care and communicate progress with the care team

Qualifications

• Associate’s degree from an accredited OTA program

• Current Virginia OTA license (or eligibility)

• 2+ years of OT, rehab, or home health experience preferred

• Reliable transportation for home visits
