Human Touch Home Health is hiring a skilled Registered Nurse (RN) to provide home health services throughout Fairfax County, Loudoun County, and Prince William County, Virginia.

What You’ll Do

• Perform comprehensive nursing assessments and develop individualized care plans
• Provide skilled nursing care in patients’ homes
• Deliver wound care, medication management, and patient education
• Monitor patient progress and communicate changes to physicians and the care team
• Complete documentation accurately and on time

Requirements

• Active Virginia Registered Nurse license
• Hands-on acute care experience required
• Hands-on wound care experience required
• Home health experience preferred
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
• Strong clinical judgment, documentation, and communication skills
