What You'll Do
As a Home Health Aide, you may assist clients with:

Bathing, grooming, dressing, and personal hygiene
-
Toileting and personal care
-
Mobility, transfers, positioning, and ambulation
-
Meal preparation and feeding assistance
-
Medication reminders as permitted
-
Light housekeeping related to client care
-
Maintaining a clean and safe home environment
-
Companionship and emotional support
-
Following the client's established plan of care
-
Observing clients for changes in condition
-
Promptly reporting concerns or changes to the appropriate supervisor
-
Supporting clients in maintaining their independence and daily routines
What We're Looking For
-
Home Health Aide training or certification as required
-
Previous home care, personal care, or caregiving experience preferred
-
Current CPR certification
-
Compassionate and respectful approach to client care
-
Dependable and committed to scheduled assignments
-
Strong communication skills
-
Ability to follow an established plan of care

Ability to work independently in a client's home

Reliable transportation and ability to travel to assigned client locations
