Human Touch Home Health is hiring an experienced Registered Nurse (RN) to provide home health services in Blacksburg, Christiansburg, Radford, Pulaski, and surrounding New River Valley communities.

What You’ll Do

• Perform comprehensive nursing assessments and develop individualized care plans
• Provide skilled nursing care, medication management, and patient education
• Monitor patient progress and communicate changes to physicians and the care team
• Complete documentation accurately and on time
• Coordinate care with the interdisciplinary team

Requirements

• Active Virginia Registered Nurse license
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
• Strong clinical judgment, documentation, and communication skills
• Home health experience preferred
