Human Touch Home Health Care is currently hiring a Recruiter Assistant (Falls Church)

You must be willing to pick up the phone and call candidates but also to connect with them and help them through the process. The Recruiter Assistant is responsible for assisting in planning, coordinating, managing, and directing all activities and programs relating to the recruitment, selection, retention, and development of the Human Touch Home Health employees. Acts as an advocate for organization personnel and collaborates with Corporate Recruiter with a focus on helping our organization find, hire and onboard clinicians to serve our clients within home health.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Work closely with recruiters to understand job requirements and implement search strategy.
• Attend client meetings with recruiters to gain a better understanding of job requirements. Provide inputs to recruiters and hiring managers regarding candidate pools, enabling better decision making about hiring strategies.
• Focus on sourcing passive candidates through extensive name generation research, relationship building, internet searches, existing talent pool database searches, and research.
• Screen and assess interested candidates for basic fit for the organization and role and provide recommendations on candidates to interview.
• Help with Team meetings with Corporate Recruiter or alone as needed.
• Help complete the onboarding of new hires and set date for orientations with clinical staff.
• Utilize and maintain CRM and Applicant Tracking Systems.

Skills, Experience, Education, & Training:

• Requires a minimum of 1 years of related experience
• Strong familiarity with sourcing tools, social media, and other candidate generation method
• Demonstrated success with cold calling and proactively identifying candidates for highly skilled and niche positions in a home health.
• Good judgment in selecting methods, techniques and evaluation criteria for obtaining results.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks/projects simultaneously.
• Strong research, influencing and selling skills.
• Ability to build external and internal relationships and develop networks to identify talent.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and networking skills, professional and personable phone presence.

• Help with interviewing and onboarding of new hires.
• Passion for improving the customer experience for hiring managers, candidates, and new hires.

Position Qualifications

1. At least a year experience in health care management preferably in home care operations. One year of experience in employee recruitment and training preferred.
2. Knowledge of state, federal and Joint Commission regulations relating to employment and
   employee education.
3. Knowledge of corporate business management.
4. Demonstrates good verbal and written communication and public relations skills.
5. Demonstrates autonomy, organization, assertiveness, flexibility, and cooperation in performing job responsibilities.
6. Talent Acquisition Professional with health care experience preferred.
7. Must be able to source candidates through various job boards.
