Responsibilities:

• Assist the Occupational Therapist with patient assessments and treatment plans.

• Provide hands-on therapy to improve motor skills, endurance, and independence in daily activities.

• Educate patients and caregivers on home exercises, safety, and adaptive equipment.

• Document patient progress and communicate with the OT and care team.

Qualifications:

• Graduate of an accredited OTA program; Associate’s degree required.

• Current Virginia OTA license (or eligibility).

• At least 2 years of experience in rehab, occupational therapy, or home health preferred.

• Reliable transportation for home visits.
