Human Touch Home Health is hiring a licensed Physical Therapist to provide home health services in Massaponax, King George, Fredericksburg, Spotsylvania County, and surrounding communities.

What You’ll Do

• Complete physical therapy evaluations, reassessments, and discharge planning
• Develop individualized treatment plans and provide skilled therapy services in patients’ homes
• Help patients improve strength, balance, mobility, and independence
• Coordinate care with physicians and the interdisciplinary team
• Complete documentation accurately and on time

Requirements

• Active Virginia Physical Therapist license
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
