Why This Role Matters:

As a Home Health Aide (HHA), you are the heart of what we do.

You provide essential, hands-on care that allows patients to remain safely in their homes with dignity and comfort. Your presence makes a real difference in someone’s day — every day.

What You’ll Do:

• Assist patients with daily living activities (bathing, dressing, grooming)
• Provide companionship and emotional support
• Help with mobility and transfers
• Assist with light housekeeping and meal preparation
• Monitor and report changes in patient condition
• Follow individualized care plans

What We’re Looking For:

• Certified Home Health Aide (HHA)
• Minimum of 6 months to 1 year of caregiving experience preferred
• Compassionate, dependable, and patient-focused
• Strong communication skills
• Ability to travel to patient homes
