As a Home Health COTA, you'll help patients regain the skills and independence needed to live safely and confidently in their own homes.

Your work creates real progress and meaningful outcomes that patients and families remember long after treatment ends.

What You'll Do

  • Provide skilled occupational therapy treatments under the direction of an Occupational Therapist
  • Implement individualized treatment plans designed to improve function and independence
  • Assist patients with activities of daily living and adaptive techniques
  • Educate patients and caregivers on home safety and therapeutic activities
  • Monitor patient progress and communicate findings to the supervising Occupational Therapist
  • Maintain timely and accurate documentation
  • Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary team members

Qualifications

  • Active Maryland Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) License Required
  • Valid Driver's License and Reliable Transportation
  • Strong Communication and Documentation Skills
  • Home Health Experience Preferred but Not Required
  • Commitment to Delivering Exceptional Patient-Centered Care
