What You’ll Do:

• Provide home health occupational therapy services to adult and geriatric patients
• Perform evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans
• Address ADLs, safety, and functional independence
• Recommend adaptive equipment and home modifications
• Educate patients and caregivers on care techniques
• Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary care teams
• Complete accurate and timely EMR documentation

What We’re Looking For:

• Licensed Occupational Therapist (OT) in DC
• Minimum of 1–2 years of clinical experience preferred
• Home health experience is a plus, not required
• Strong communication, organization, and time management skills
• Ability to work independently and travel between patient homes
