As a Clinical Manager, you'll play a critical role in guiding clinicians, maintaining regulatory compliance, supporting quality initiatives, and ensuring patients receive the exceptional care they deserve.

Your leadership will help shape the success of our office, strengthen our clinical team, and drive positive outcomes throughout the communities we serve.

What You'll Do

• Oversee daily clinical operations of the Beltsville office
• Review OASIS assessments, plans of care, and clinical documentation
• Supervise and support nurses, therapists, social workers, and home health aides
• Ensure compliance with Medicare, Medicaid, state regulations, and accreditation standards
• Monitor quality measures and performance improvement initiatives
• Collaborate with physicians, referral sources, and interdisciplinary team members
• Provide mentorship, coaching, and clinical guidance to staff
• Assist with case conferences, audits, and clinical oversight activities

What We're Looking For

• Active Maryland Registered Nurse License Required
• Home Health Experience Required
• Previous Clinical Management, Supervisory, or Leadership Experience Preferred
• Strong Knowledge of OASIS, Medicare Regulations, and Conditions of Participation
• Excellent Leadership, Communication, and Organizational Skills
• Experience with WellSky/Kinnser or Similar Home Health EMR Preferred
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced healthcare environment
