What You'll Do:

• Handle new patient referrals with urgency and professionalism
• Coordinate with physicians, families, and referral sources
• Verify insurance and secure necessary authorizations
• Collaborate with clinical teams to schedule care start dates
• Ensure accurate documentation in our EMR system

What We’re Looking For:

• 2+ years of home health intake experience preferred
• Knowledge of Medicare/Medicaid and insurance verification
• Strong multitasking, communication, and organizational skills
• EMR and Microsoft Office proficiency
• Must be able to work on-site in Falls Church
