What You'll Do

As a CNA with Human Touch Home Health, you may assist clients with:

• Bathing, grooming, dressing, and personal hygiene

• Toileting and other activities of daily living

• Mobility, transfers, positioning, and ambulation

• Meal preparation and feeding assistance

• Medication reminders as permitted

• Light housekeeping related to the client's care

• Companionship and emotional support

• Maintaining a clean and safe home environment

• Observing and reporting changes in the client's condition

• Following the established plan of care

Most importantly, you'll provide the patience, dignity, respect, and human connection every client deserves.

What We're Looking For

• Active Virginia CNA Certification Required

• Current CPR Certification

• Valid Driver's License and reliable transportation

• Dependable, compassionate, and professional

• Strong communication skills

• Comfortable providing care in clients' homes

• Ability to follow an established plan of care

• Home Care or Home Health Experience Preferred, but Not Required
