Position Overview:
We are seeking a compassionate and driven Clinical Manager to lead our Silver Spring office. This role is ideal for a nurse leader who is dedicated to guiding and inspiring a team while ensuring our patients receive exceptional, patient-centered care. As Clinical Manager, you will play a key role in fostering a culture of excellence, collaboration, and innovation while ensuring compliance with regulatory standards and company policies.

Responsibilities:

  • Oversee and coordinate the clinical operations of the Silver Spring office.

  • Provide leadership, mentorship, and guidance to clinical staff, ensuring high-quality care delivery.

  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to create individualized care plans that promote patient health, independence, and dignity.

  • Monitor and evaluate patient outcomes, implementing quality improvement initiatives as needed.

  • Ensure compliance with all regulatory and accreditation standards.

  • Support staff through ongoing education, training, and professional development.

  • Build positive relationships with patients, families, and community partners.

Qualifications:

  • Active RN license in Maryland.

  • Minimum of 3 years of clinical experience in home health or a related healthcare setting.

  • Leadership or supervisory experience strongly preferred.

  • Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.

  • A passion for mentoring staff and fostering a supportive team culture.
