Position Overview: We are seeking a highly organized and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Human Resource with Administrative Duties. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the onboarding process, coordinating orientation and providing administrative support. ve as the first point of contact for our clients, ensuring a professional and welcoming experience.

Key Responsibilities:
Human Resource:
  1. Extends written offer
  2. Schedules orientation (requesting all documents be brought to orientation)
  3. Coordinating and confirming shadow visit for clinicians 
  4. Updating Intake when a new clinician is ready to start seeing clients.
Customer Service:
  1. Provide excellent customer service to clients, addressing inquiries and concerns promptly and effectively.
  2. Ensure that clients receive accurate information and assistance during their interactions with the company.
  3. Act as a liaison between clients and internal staff to facilitate communication and resolve issues.
Administrative Support:
  1. Assist with maintaining office supplies and equipment.
  2. Collaborate with team members to improve processes and workflows
  3. Mail medical documentation to patients.
