Your Role
We’re looking for a caring, motivated Physical Therapist to deliver high-quality, one-on-one home health care to clients throughout Washington, D.C. You’ll work independently while staying connected to a collaborative and encouraging team.
Responsibilities:

Evaluate patient needs and create personalized therapy plans

Provide effective, hands-on physical therapy in the home

Educate and support patients and their families
-
Monitor, document, and adjust treatment plans as needed

Communicate and collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams
Qualifications:
-
DPT or MPT from an accredited Physical Therapy program
-
Active Physical Therapy license in D.C.
-
CPR/BLS Certification
-
Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation

Commitment to quality, empathy, and professional integrity
