What You’ll Do

• Conduct initial assessments for personal care clients

• Develop and update care plans for non-skilled services

• Perform required supervisory visits of home health aides

• Ensure compliance with DC home care regulations

• Provide caregiver guidance and oversight

• Communicate changes in client condition to appropriate parties

• Complete accurate documentation in EMR

What We’re Looking For

• Active Washington, DC Registered Nurse (RN) license

• Minimum 1–2 years nursing experience

• Home care experience preferred

• Strong assessment and documentation skills

• Ability to work independently

• Valid driver’s license & reliable transportation
