Human Touch Home Health is hiring a licensed Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) to provide home health services throughout the Fredericksburg region, including Fredericksburg, Stafford County, Spotsylvania County, Caroline County, King George County, Massaponax, and surrounding communities.

We are actively seeking a strong PT/PTA pair who work well together and are committed to delivering exceptional one-on-one care in the home setting. If you already have a Physical Therapist you collaborate with, we encourage you to apply together.

What You’ll Do

• Provide skilled physical therapy treatments under the supervision of a Physical Therapist
• Document patient progress and report changes in condition
• Educate patients and caregivers on home exercise programs and safety
• Coordinate care with the interdisciplinary team
• Manage your own schedule and service area

Requirements

• Active Virginia Physical Therapist Assistant license
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
• Strong documentation and communication skills
