Capitol View Home Health Care is seeking compassionate and dependable Home Health Aides (HHAs) for weekend PRN opportunities throughout Washington, DC.

What You'll Do

• Assist clients with bathing, dressing, grooming, and personal care
• Help with mobility, transfers, and ambulation
• Assist with toileting and activities of daily living
• Prepare light meals and assist with feeding as needed
• Provide companionship and emotional support
• Perform light housekeeping related to client care
• Follow the established plan of care
• Observe and report changes in client condition
• Complete required documentation
• Help clients remain safe and comfortable at home

Qualifications

• Home Health Aide training/certification meeting Washington, DC requirements
• Current CPR/BLS Certification preferred
• Dependable transportation to client assignments
• Reliable Saturday and/or Sunday Availability
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently in clients' homes
• Previous Home Health or Personal Care Experience Preferred
