Position Summary
We are seeking dependable Non-Skilled Supervisory Staff to support and oversee caregivers providing personal care and daily living assistance. Positions available for weekdays and weekends, with full-time opportunities.

Responsibilities

• Supervise non-skilled caregiving staff

• Conduct supervisory visits and ensure care plan compliance

• Document visits and report updates

• Coach staff and support quality care delivery

• Communicate with clients, families, and care teams

• Participate in Medicaid evaluations as required

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent

• Supervisory or home care experience preferred

• Strong communication and organizational skills

• Ability to work independently

• Basic computer skills
