What This Role Is:

This is a non-skilled supervisory RN role — meaning you are not providing continuous bedside care, but overseeing and supporting non-skilled services such as home health aides and personal care assistants.

You’ll play a key role in ensuring patients receive safe, appropriate care while maintaining compliance with state and agency guidelines.

What You’ll Do:

• Conduct initial and ongoing patient assessments for non-skilled services
• Develop and update plans of care for personal care patients
• Supervise Home Health Aides (HHAs) and Personal Care Aides (PCAs)
• Perform supervisory visits and ensure quality of care
• Provide education and guidance to caregivers and families
• Ensure compliance with Medicaid and home care regulations
• Complete accurate and timely EMR documentation

What We’re Looking For:

• Licensed Registered Nurse (RN) in Washington, D.C.
• Minimum of 1–2 years of nursing experience required
• Experience in home health, personal care, or case management preferred
• Knowledge of Medicaid guidelines is a strong plus
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Ability to work independently and manage a flexible schedule
