Capitol View Home Health Care is currently hiring an Administrative Assistant/Human Resource in the DC office. 

• Provides orientation for new employees by providing information packets, reviewing company policies, gathering withholding and other payroll information, explaining benefit programs, and obtaining signatures for documents.
• Maintains human resources records for employees
• Documents and tracks human resources actions by completing forms, reports, logs, and records.
• Accomplishes human resources department and organization mission by completing related results as needed.
• Electronic filling.
• Handle inbound/outbound client/caregiver phone calls.
• Ensure services provided exceed the client's expectations.
• Data entry, filing, and other clerical duties as needed.

• High School/Bachelor’s degree and/or work equivalent
• One year of administrative support experience

• Home Care experience is a plus
