Human Touch Home Health is hiring a licensed Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to provide home health services in Blacksburg, Christiansburg, Radford, Pulaski, and surrounding New River Valley communities.

What You’ll Do

• Complete speech-language evaluations, reassessments, and discharge planning
• Develop individualized treatment plans for speech, language, cognitive, and swallowing disorders
• Provide skilled therapy services in patients’ homes
• Educate patients and caregivers on communication strategies and safe swallowing techniques
• Coordinate care with physicians and the interdisciplinary team

Requirements

• Active Virginia Speech-Language Pathologist license
• Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) preferred
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
• Strong documentation and communication skills
• Home health experience preferred
