As a Clinical Manager, your leadership directly influences the quality of care our patients receive and the success of the clinicians you support.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys mentoring staff, solving problems, maintaining compliance, and helping teams achieve outstanding outcomes.

You'll work alongside a dedicated group of healthcare professionals committed to delivering exceptional home health services throughout the Washington, DC region.

What You'll Do

• Oversee daily clinical operations of the Washington, DC office
• Review OASIS assessments, plans of care, and clinical documentation
• Supervise and support nurses, therapists, and field clinicians
• Ensure compliance with Medicare, Medicaid, accreditation, and regulatory standards
• Coordinate care with physicians and interdisciplinary team members
• Monitor quality measures and assist with performance improvement initiatives
• Provide clinical guidance and mentorship to staff

What We're Looking For

• Active Washington, DC Registered Nurse License Required
• Multi-State Licensure Preferred
• Previous Home Health Leadership or Supervisory Experience Strongly Preferred
• Strong Knowledge of OASIS, Medicare Regulations, and Conditions of Participation
• Excellent Leadership, Communication, and Organizational Skills
• Experience with WellSky/Kinnser or Similar Home Health EMR Preferred
