Job Description
Capitol View Home Health is seeking an experienced and dedicated Home Health Non-Skilled Clinical Manager to join our team in Washington, D.C. The ideal candidate will bring strong leadership in home healthcare management, clinical operations, and staff development, with a passion for quality outcomes and patient-centered care.
Responsibilities

Clinical Leadership: Provide strategic direction and oversight to the clinical team, ensuring high-quality, evidence-based care that meets all regulatory standards.

Staff Management: Recruit, onboard, and supervise clinical staff, fostering a culture of excellence, collaboration, and continuous professional growth.

Performance Optimization: Develop and implement initiatives that improve clinical efficiency, patient outcomes, and staff productivity while minimizing risks.

Quality Assurance: Establish and maintain QA programs to evaluate performance, compliance, and patient satisfaction, ensuring adherence to accreditation standards.

Care Coordination: Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to coordinate care, facilitate smooth transitions, and optimize outcomes across the continuum.

Patient Advocacy: Promote a patient-centered approach by addressing needs, concerns, and preferences of patients and families.

Documentation & Reporting: Ensure timely and accurate documentation of assessments, care plans, and outcomes in compliance with regulatory standards.

Budget Management: Assist in developing and managing the clinical budget, monitoring expenses, and identifying cost-containment opportunities.
Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Nursing or related field required; Master’s preferred.

Current District of Columbia RN license.

Minimum 7 years of clinical experience in home healthcare or related setting, with at least 2 years in a clinical management role.

Expertise in clinical operations, staff management, and quality improvement.

Strong knowledge of Medicare/Medicaid regulations, accreditation standards, and industry best practices.

Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.

Proficiency with EHR systems and related technology.
