About Us:

Human Touch Home HealthCare has been a trusted provider for over 27 years, delivering skilled and non-skilled home health services across Washington, D.C., Maryland, Virginia, and Pennsylvania.

We are committed to providing high-quality, patient-centered care — and creating an environment where our clinicians feel supported, respected, and set up for success.

What We Offer (Let’s Talk Value):

  • Competitive pay with strong per-visit
  • Flexible scheduling — you control your day
  • Consistent patient flow
  • Supportive clinical and administrative team
  • Opportunities for growth and advancement

Why This Role Hits Different:

As a Home Health Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP), you’ll provide one-on-one care in the home — no school caseload overload, no facility burnout.

You’ll have the time to truly assess, treat, and connect with your patients while helping them improve communication, cognition, and swallowing function in real-life environments.

Perfect for:

  • SLPs seeking flexibility and independence
  • Clinicians ready to move away from high caseload settings
  • Professionals who value meaningful, patient-centered outcomes

What You’ll Do:

  • Provide speech therapy services in patients’ homes
  • Evaluate and treat speech, language, cognitive, and swallowing disorders
  • Develop individualized plan of care based on patient needs
  • Educate patients and caregivers on therapy techniques and safety
  • Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary care teams
  • Complete accurate and timely EMR documentation

What We’re Looking For:

  • Licensed Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) in Washington, D.C.
  • Minimum of 1 year of clinical experience preferred
  • Home health experience is a plus, not required
  • Strong communication and organizational skills
  • Ability to work independently and manage a flexible schedule

Service Area:

Washington, D.C. and surrounding communities

Let’s Be Real:

If you’re overwhelmed by high caseloads and ready for a role where you can actually focus on your patients — this is your move.

If you want flexibility, autonomy, and meaningful impact, this is where your SLP career shifts.
