Human Touch Home Health is hiring a licensed Occupational Therapist (PRN) to provide home health services in Arlington, Alexandria, Falls Church, and surrounding Northern Virginia communities.

What You’ll Do

• Complete occupational therapy evaluations, reassessments, and discharge planning
• Develop individualized treatment plans focused on improving daily living skills and independence
• Provide skilled therapy services in patients’ homes
• Educate patients and caregivers on adaptive techniques and safety
• Coordinate care with physicians and the interdisciplinary team

Requirements

• Active Virginia Occupational Therapist license
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
