Experienced Home Health Marketer

Overview: We are seeking an experienced and independent Marketer to develop and manage relationships with referral sources in the community to promote Human Touch Home Health services and help expand our Medicare/ Private insurance home health business in the Fredericksburg, VA area. We need a results-driven, highly motivated individual who can develop and build strong, lasting relationships.

Responsibilities:

• Generating referrals for home health by building relationships with physicians, long-term care,and other community resources.

• Conducting market analysis; and developing sales strategy, goals, and plans.

• Conducting sales calls and evaluating results and effectiveness of sales activity

• Supporting business development activities and helping to establish strong relationships with new and existing referral sources

Qualifications:

1. Minimum of 1-2 years of marketing experience, preferably in home health, community health, or a related healthcare setting, demonstrating proficiency in community relations.

2. Proven ability to develop and implement a sales and marketing plan.

3. Evidence of achieving referral goals within the market.

4. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and patient education skills, with the ability to establish rapport with referral sources, patients and families from diverse backgrounds and cultures.
5. Ability to work autonomously, manage time effectively, and prioritize tasks in a dynamic and fast-paced home health environment.
6. Proficiency in using electronic health record (EHR) systems and other technology platforms for documentation, communication, and care coordination.
7. Valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and willingness to travel to hospitals and community events within the designated service area.
8. CPR certification and other relevant certifications may be required, depending on state regulations and organizational policies.
9. Commitment to professional growth, continuing education, and adherence to ethical standards of nursing practice, with a passion for providing compassionate and patient-centered care.
