Human Touch Home Healthcare is looking for an e Clerical Assistant with a strong sense of go-getter attitude. This position requires RN.

The clerical assistant data processing clerk has primary responsibility and accountability for filing and maintaining accurate patient records for access, retrieval and review purposes. Duties also include data entry and any other clerical related duties associated within the department.

Job Responsibilities:

• Files all elements of patient records for, Skilled, PCA, Waiver active and discharged charts on a daily basis.
• Responsible for making new patient charts and breaking down discharged charts
• Maintain and file routing forms in master binders
• Locate and retrieve charts and paperwork upon request
• Responsible to Data Enter employee requirements in Home Solutions
• Responsible to cover the front  desk
• Faxing and following up on physician orders until signatures are received
• Assist in filing back personnel documents when necessary
• Assist with making new admission and recertification packages
• Restocking and ensuring availability and access for all  forms needed by the  Clinicians
• Must provide weekly production reports to management on volumes received and processed
• Special projects and other related duties as assigned by the Assistant Administrator, Administrator/DON.

Minimum Qualifications/Skills:

• A nursing degree who has passed a licensing exam
• Require minimum supervision
• Ability to prioritize responsibilities
• Previous health care related experience.
