Position Overview: We are seeking a highly organized and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Referral Intake Specialist with Receptionist Duties. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the intake processing for referrals, coordinating evaluations, and providing administrative support. Additionally, they will serve as the first point of contact for our clients, ensuring a professional and welcoming experience.


Key Responsibilities:
Referral Intake:
  1. Receive and process referrals from various sources.
  2. Gather necessary information and documentation for intake procedures.
  3. Coordinate with internal departments to schedule appointments and services.
  4. Maintain accurate and detailed records of referrals and follow-up actions.
Receptionist Duties:
  1. Greet clients and visitors in a courteous and professional manner.
  2. Answer phone calls, respond to inquiries, and direct calls to appropriate personnel.
  3. Manage appointment scheduling and reminder calls.
  4. Assist with general administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and correspondence.
Customer Service:
  1. Provide excellent customer service to clients, addressing inquiries and concerns promptly and effectively.
  2. Ensure that clients receive accurate information and assistance during their interactions with the company.
  3. Act as a liaison between clients and internal staff to facilitate communication and resolve issues.
Administrative Support:
  1. Assist with maintaining office supplies and equipment.
  2. Collaborate with team members to improve processes and workflows
  3. Mail medical documentation to patients.
