Responsibilities:

• Prepare and analyze financial statements and reports
• Manage accounts payable, accounts receivable, and payroll oversight
• Ensure compliance with Medicare, Medicaid, and private insurance billing
• Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning
• Oversee general ledger, reconciliations, and month-end closing
• Support audits and ensure regulatory compliance
• Develop and execute financial strategies to support business growth
•  Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting
•  Ensure regulatory compliance and optimize reimbursement processes
•  Manage cash flow, accounts payable/receivable, and payroll oversight
•  Lead financial planning, risk assessment, and cost-saving initiatives
•  Work closely with executive leadership on strategic decision-making

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a Senior Accountant in home health care, healthcare, or a related field
• Strong understanding of Medicare, Medicaid, and private insurance reimbursements
• Expertise in financial reporting, audits, and compliance
•  Ability to analyze complex data and improve financial performance
•  CPA, MBA, or similar advanced degree preferred
