Responsibilities

• Assist PT with patient assessments and treatment plans

• Provide therapeutic exercises and mobility training

• Assist with gait training, transfers, and ADLs

• Educate patients/caregivers on safety and home exercises

• Document care and report patient status changes

Qualifications

• Associate’s degree from accredited PTA program

• Current VA PTA license or eligibility

• 2+ years healthcare experience (home health preferred)

• Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license
