Human Touch Home Health is looking for a compassionate Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to provide one-on-one home health services throughout Washington, DC.

What You’ll Do

• Complete speech, language, cognitive, and swallowing evaluations
• Develop individualized treatment plans
• Provide skilled therapy services in patients’ homes
• Educate patients and caregivers on communication and swallowing strategies
• Collaborate with physicians and the interdisciplinary team
• Complete documentation accurately and on time

What You’ll Need

• Active Washington, DC Speech-Language Pathologist license required
• CCC-SLP preferred
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
• Strong communication and documentation skills
• Home health experience preferred
