What You’ll Do

• Perform comprehensive in-home speech and language evaluations

• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans

• Provide skilled therapy for speech, language, voice, cognitive, and swallowing disorders

• Complete accurate and timely OASIS documentation

• Educate patients and caregivers on therapy techniques and safety

• Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and interdisciplinary team members

What We’re Looking For

• Active Virginia Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) license

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology

• Minimum 1–2 years experience (home health preferred)

• OASIS experience preferred

• EMR experience (WellSky/Kinnser or Homecare Homebase a plus)

• Strong clinical documentation and communication skills

• Valid driver’s license & reliable transportation
