Job Title: Non-Skilled Supervisory Staff (Weekday & Weekend, Full-Time Available)
Location: Washington, DC

Position Overview:
Human Touch Home HealthCare is seeking dedicated Non-Skilled Supervisory staff to oversee and support our non-skilled care team. This role ensures the delivery of quality care, compliance with care plans, and clear communication between staff, clients, and families. Positions are available for both weekday and weekend coverage, with full-time opportunities offered.

Responsibilities:

  • Supervise non-skilled care staff in providing personal care, companionship, and daily living assistance to clients.

  • Conduct regular visits to ensure staff are following care plans and providing quality service.

  • Document supervisory visits, maintain compliance records, and report updates to management.

  • Provide coaching and support to staff, addressing challenges and ensuring best practices are followed.

  • Communicate effectively with clients, families, and care teams to promote satisfaction and safety.

  • Participate in evaluations and recertifications for Medicaid clients as required.

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; additional healthcare training or certifications preferred.

  • Previous supervisory or leadership experience in home health, caregiving, or related fields strongly preferred.

  • Strong organizational and communication skills.

  • Ability to work independently and manage staff across multiple client homes.

  • Basic computer literacy for documentation and reporting.

  • Commitment to compassionate, client-centered care.
