Human Touch Home Health is looking for a licensed Physical Therapist (PT) to serve patients in ZIP codes 20772, 20782, 20783, and 20785, including Upper Marlboro, Hyattsville, Adelphi, New Carrollton, and nearby Prince George’s County communities.

What the Role Looks Like

• Complete evaluations, reassessments, and discharge visits
• Develop individualized treatment plans
• Provide skilled physical therapy services in patients’ homes
• Collaborate with physicians and the interdisciplinary team
• Document visits accurately and on time

What You’ll Need

• Active Maryland Physical Therapist license
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
• Strong communication and documentation skills
