Human Touch Home Health is seeking a licensed Physical Therapist (PT) to provide one-on-one home health services in Beltsville, Silver Spring, Laurel, Greenbelt, Bowie, College Park, Hyattsville, and surrounding Prince George’s and Montgomery County communities.

What You’ll Do

• Complete evaluations, reassessments, and discharge planning
• Develop individualized treatment plans
• Provide skilled physical therapy services in patients’ homes
• Educate patients and caregivers on exercise programs and safety
• Coordinate care with physicians and the interdisciplinary team
• Complete documentation accurately and on time

What You’ll Need

• Active Maryland Physical Therapist license
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
• Strong documentation and communication skills
• Home health experience preferred
