Human Touch Home Health is seeking an experienced Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) to provide skilled in-home occupational therapy services throughout Montgomery County and Prince George’s County.

What You’ll Do

  • Provide skilled occupational therapy services under the supervision of a licensed Occupational Therapist

  • Implement established treatment plans

  • Assist patients in improving activities of daily living and functional independence

  • Educate patients and caregivers on adaptive techniques and safety

  • Complete accurate and timely documentation in EMR

  • Communicate patient progress to supervising OT and care team


What We’re Looking For

  • Active Maryland Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) license

  • Minimum 1–2 years experience (home health preferred)

  • EMR experience (WellSky/Kinnser or Homecare Homebase preferred)

  • Strong documentation and communication skills

  • Valid driver’s license & reliable transportation
