Human Touch Home Health is looking for an experienced Registered Nurse (RN) to provide one-on-one care to patients in Beltsville, Silver Spring, Laurel, Greenbelt, Bowie, College Park, Hyattsville, and surrounding Prince George’s and Montgomery County communities.

What You’ll Do

• Perform nursing assessments and develop individualized care plans
• Provide skilled nursing care, medication management, wound care, and patient education
• Monitor patient progress and communicate changes to physicians and the care team
• Coordinate care with therapists, social workers, and caregivers
• Complete documentation accurately and on time

What You’ll Need

• Active Maryland Registered Nurse license
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
• Strong clinical judgment, communication, and documentation skills
• Home health experience preferred
