Responsibilities

• Assist OT with patient assessments and treatment plans

• Provide hands-on therapy to improve ADLs and mobility

• Implement prescribed exercises and adaptive techniques

• Educate patients and caregivers on safety and home programs

• Document visits and communicate patient progress

Qualifications

• Associate degree from accredited OTA program

• Current Virginia OTA license (or eligibility)

• 2+ years experience preferred

• Strong communication and documentation skills

• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
