Position Overview:

We are seeking experienced Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) to provide in-home care to patients in the Fredericksburg area on a PRN basis.

What You’ll Do:

• Assist clients with daily living activities (bathing, dressing, grooming)
• Provide companionship and emotional support
• Assist with mobility and transfers
• Help with light housekeeping and meal preparation
• Monitor and report changes in patient condition
• Follow individualized care plans

What We’re Looking For:

• Must have an active Virginia CNA license
• Minimum of 1 year of CNA experience required
• Compassionate, dependable, and patient-focused
• Strong communication skills
• Ability to travel to patient homes
