Human Touch Home Health is hiring an experienced Registered Nurse (RN) – Infusion Nurse to provide skilled infusion services throughout the Lehigh Valley area, including Allentown, Bethlehem, Easton, Whitehall, Emmaus, Macungie, and surrounding communities.
If you have strong IV skills and are looking for a flexible per diem opportunity, this is an excellent role to provide one-on-one care to patients in the comfort of their homes.
What You’ll Do
- Administer IV infusions, injections, and specialty medications in patients’ homes
- Start and maintain peripheral IVs and central lines (PICC, Port, and other vascular access devices)
- Monitor patients for adverse reactions and provide patient education
- Coordinate care with physicians, pharmacies, and the interdisciplinary team
- Complete documentation accurately and on time

Requirements
- Active Pennsylvania Registered Nurse license
- Recent infusion nursing experience required
- Strong IV insertion and vascular access skills
- Current CPR certification preferred
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
- Excellent clinical judgment and documentation skills
- Home health experience preferred
