As a Home Health OT, you’re not rushing through sessions or juggling multiple patients at once. You’re working directly with individuals in their own environment — helping them safely return to their daily routines and independence.

Your Day-to-Day:

• Evaluate patients and build personalized treatment plans
• Focus on ADLs, safety, and functional independence
• Recommend adaptive equipment and home modifications
• Guide patients and families through care techniques
• Work alongside physicians and care teams
• Keep documentation clean and timely within EMR systems

What You Bring:

• Active Occupational Therapist (OT) license in Maryland (or eligible)
• At least 2 year of clinical experience preferred
• Home health experience is helpful, but not required
• Strong communication and time management skills
• Ability to work independently and stay organized on the road

Where You’ll Work:

Beltsville, MD and surrounding areas, including:
Laurel, Greenbelt, College Park, Hyattsville, Silver Spring, Bowie, Rockville, Gaithersburg, and Washington, D.C.
