Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver skilled nursing care to patients in their homes

• Conduct comprehensive assessments and develop personalized care plans

Qualifications:

• Current RN license valid in Virginia

• Minimum of 2 year of nursing experience (home health experience strongly preferred)

• Reliable transportation and valid driver's license
