What You’ll Do

Manage new patient referrals with urgency and professionalism

Coordinate with physicians, families, and referral sources

Verify insurance and obtain required authorizations

Collaborate with clinical teams to schedule start-of-care dates

Maintain accurate and timely documentation in the EMR system
What We’re Looking For

Must have intake experience (home health experience strongly preferred)
-
Minimum 2+ years of intake experience required

Knowledge of Medicare, Medicaid, and insurance verification
-
Strong multitasking, communication, and organizational skills
-
Proficiency in EMR systems and Microsoft Office

Must be able to work on-site in Falls Church, VA
