What You’ll Do

• Assist PTs with patient care in the home

• Provide therapeutic exercises, gait training, and ADL support

• Educate patients and caregivers on safety and home programs

• Monitor progress and document visits accurately

What You Need

• PTA Associate’s degree

• Active MD PTA license or eligibility

• Home health or rehab experience preferred

• Valid driver’s license & reliable transportation
